The layout of the rooms and furniture may vary. With the publication of this information, all previous price lists lose their validity. Changes, printing errors, and mistakes are reserved. The provisions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply. Jurisdiction on both sides is Innsbruck/Tyrol. In case of errors during correspondence, the valid price shall prevail. Unused service cannot be deducted from the price.

For cancellations of up to 3 months prior to arrival, no cancellation charges will be incurred. For cancellations made between 3 months and 1 month prior to arrival, we charge 75% of the applicable booked reservation. From 1 month, late arrivals or early departure, we charge 100% of the applicable booked reservation. The deposit will be offset the cost of cancellation. These terms are in addition to the terms and conditions set out in the Austrian Hotels Organization contract conditions. The court of jurisdiction for all parties is Innsbruck/Tirol.
